Using Lorazepam I Take 2 Milligrams Of Lorazepam Per Night To Sleep--is That A Lot? How Do I Wean Myself Off Of This?

I take 2 milligrams of Lorazepam per night to sleep--is that a lot? How do I wean myself off of this? - using lorazepam

Gradually he worked until I took 2 mg of lorazepam per night to sleep. My body is used to this amount and do not work for me as before. If my doctor recommends changing medications, how can I wean lorazepam?

A very gradual reducation in the dose over time is the least difficult way to wean yourself from lorazepam. Perhaps cut to one and three-quarters mgs for 5 nights, then one and a half for 5 nights and so on gradually reducing by qtr of a mgrm each time.

2 mg is not much at all, so you can have your recipe. If you change, but for the early half of them in a week or two, and take valerian root to help you sleep. It is a natural root, can be purchased anywhere that sells vitamins, such as Walgreens or Target, and not addictive. Back to weaning, however, must help something to sleep him, because the causes of sleep disorders, benzodiazepines are therefore considered first. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) is another thing you can do to help her sleep, but he can leave in the morning sleepiness. Anyway, after the first week to go quarter of a pill for a week and see how he feels. If this is too fast and muscle pain, diarrhea, insomnia and fatigue, are removed, you want to try to forget mai two weeks at reduced dose and you do not fill not a sleeping pill dependency, what you have. Good luck!
